How To Chose Your Forex Broker

If you want to trade foreign exchange you will need to use a Forex Broker. If you are a beginner in forex trading and you don't have a Forex Broker yet you will notice when you'll do your research that there are many Forex Brokers available in different countries.

Because there are so many brokers around you need to be very careful when deciding what broker to use and I think this article will help you in learning more about how to chose your Forex Broker.

First you need to find out if there is a real company behind it and if it is regulated or not -  for example a Forex Broker can be regulated by National Futures Association (NFA), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) etc ...

The Spread is important because every forex trading transaction must first cover the spread and then your profit. A big Leverage is not always good because it could mean BIG losses.

If you are a beginner in foreign exchange trading you must start by trading micro-lots so you should chose a Forex broker accepting a small minimum deposit like $100 for example.
